Become a Sponsor

Thanks for your interest in becoming an Excavator Safety Seminar sponsor! Please submit the form below and a representative will contact you as soon as possible with details. You will be invoiced for your sponsorship after January 1, 2017, unless otherwise requested.

Each sponsor is required to provide a raffle item valued at at least $25 for each seminar. A raffle will take place at the conclusion of each seminar for all attendees. If you do not want to bring your own raffle item, Dig Safely New York, Inc. can provide you with a $25 gift card and include this fee on the total sponsorship invoice.
Each sponsor is given two free lunch tickets. If you will need more than two lunch tickets, please indicate that in the appropriate fields below. Each additional lunch ticket is $25 and will be added to your overall sponsorship invoice.
A diamond Sponsorship is $2,500. As a Diamond Sponsor you receive a complementary exhibit space at any or all of the of the 9 seminars. Please select from the list below.
Lanyard Sponsorships for the 2017 ESS are currently unavailable. Lanyard sponsorships are exclusive and $500 per seminar.
As a Platinum Sponsor you receive a complementary exhibit space at one (1) of the nine (9) seminars. Please select from the list below.
Break sponsorships are exclusive and cost $500 per seminar.
Welcome sponsorships are exclusive and cost $650 per seminar.
Lunch sponsorships are exclusive and cost $1,000 per seminar.
All Bag sponsorships are exclusive and cost $1,000 per seminar. There are currently no bag sponsorships available for the 2017 seminars.
