By clicking on the red "Register Now" button, you will be directed to Dig Safely New York's new Learning Management System - 4IQ. At the bottom of the individual seminar page on the Learning Management System, you will see another register button (blue) to click to access 4IQ.
4IQ is the system Dig Safely New York will be using for all event, meeting, and activity registration. The system will ask you to create a user account if you do not have one established already. This process will only have to be done ONE time. Each time after an individual registers for anything through Dig Safely New York, only your username and password will be required to gain access into the activity. On the initial account creation, we are asking for specifc information to ensure individual veficiation is possible. This will make it  possible to manage an individual's interactions with Dig Safely New York and allow them to be accessed by the user. Transitioning to the new system has had its challenges. We are working very hard to make this a seamless transition and we know that you will see the benefits in the near future. We appreaciate your patience and cooperation. Should you need assistance, please see the following resources: Additionally, do not hesitate to contact us at 315-437-7394 ext. 4009 and we would be happy to walk you through the process.

Keynote Speaker -  Brandon Schroeder

brandon schroeder

Split second decisions, can change your life and your family’s lives forever. Brandon Schroeder, an experienced electrician of over 19 years, understands how a moment of poor judgment can echo throughout a lifetime. On August 24, 2011, Brandon survived an arc flash explosion — an explosion that should have wielded fatal results.

Brandon walks guests through his hauntingly relatable, life changing afternoon. In order to help you avoid the same mistake, Brandon will share his thought processes, discuss how industry standards have evolved, show you pictures of exactly what went wrong, and explain his recovery. Whether you work with electricity or not, this presentation will benefit you. Everyone has decisions to make about safety — many of them happen in an instant. If you have the wrong safety habits, you increase the chances of choosing the wrong decision—which can have affects that are impossible to undo.
